As part of our dynamic team, we are looking for an experienced Senior People Leader to drive our HR strategy and support the growth of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and maintain internal and external talent pipelines to meet critical business needs.
  • HR Operations: Manage hiring strategies and processes, enhance candidate experience, and ensure smooth employee onboarding.
  • Culture Development: Drive initiatives that foster a strong, inclusive, and values-driven work environment.
  • Leadership Support: Provide guidance and advice to business leaders and teams.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
  • Employee Development: Support learning initiatives and manage career development journeys for top talent.
  • Compliance and Administration: Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.
  • Employee Engagement: Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.
  • Policies and Benefits: Maintain policies and oversee compensation, benefits, and perks administration.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a senior leadership role
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
