About our Dynamic Solutions Expert Role

This position is ideal for a skilled professional with hands-on consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges with technology.

Client Consulting & Solution Design

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals.
  • Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions using industry best practices.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Implementation & Delivery

  • Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support to meet client objectives.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with client goals and deliver high-quality results.
  • Provide post-implementation consulting and optimization services to improve business outcomes.

Pre-Sales & Advisory

  • Support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development to advise clients on Business Central capabilities.
  • Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central features to drive business value.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality to resolve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging deep product knowledge and consulting experience to guide them through discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
  • Report to the Consulting Manager and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
