Job Description:

This is a challenging role for an experienced Systems Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of global businesses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering ERP projects, including requirements gathering, design gaps analysis, configuration, data migration, integration, UAT, and training activities from other systems to D365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on all major ERP projects by analyzing business requirements and identifying opportunities to optimize business processes.
  • Develop and implement configurable solutions instead of customizations to ensure scalability and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new functionality and integrations with other systems as required to support business growth.
  • Provide expert advice on Dynamics AX/D365 finance, project accounting, Time & Expense modules, and identify opportunities to improve business processes.
  • Apply functional and technical understanding of Dynamics AX/D365 to develop new functionality and integrations with other systems as required to support business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years' hands-on experience with D365 F&O, particularly in finance and project accounting modules, for a global company.
  • Extensive experience with localizations around VAT, fixed assets, and statutory reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of basic finance daily and month-end procedures and currency conversions.
  • General knowledge of accounting principles and their flow in AX.
  • Proficient with Excel and data skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS Dynamics AX/D365 certifications.
  • Experience supporting highly interfaced ERP environments.
