Job Title: Financial Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, specifically with experience in mutual funds or banking.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily financial operations, including cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor and manage the organization's liquidity position to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operational and payment needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for payment planning and forecasting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and mutual fund partners.
  • Optimize returns on surplus funds through short-term investments in accordance with company policy.
  • Track and report on fund utilization, bank balances, and investment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial operations or fund management.
  • Experience working in mutual funds, banks, or financial institutions is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems/tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
  • Exposure to corporate financial operations and investment strategies.
