Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing and quality assurance, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Utilize expertise in e-commerce domain and mobile/web testing to drive quality assurance and deliver exceptional results.
  • Identify and escalate critical defects, working collaboratively with teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in API testing and proficiency in writing/executing test plans and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience in Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, and Performance Testing.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think logically through complex problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to interact effectively with technical teams.

  • Knowledge of testing tools used in industries today
  • Self-driven with the ability to work at a fast pace in a dynamic environment

Background:

  • Experience in preparing test data, preparation of test cases, and test execution
  • Client-focused regarding service delivery
