Global Quality Assurance Leader

We are seeking an experienced Global Quality Assurance Leader to drive quality practices across our product development lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in automation testing, team management, and agile delivery.

The successful candidate will own the testing strategy, guide senior and junior QA engineers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and lead QA strategy, automation vision, and process frameworks:
  • Developing and implementing efficient test processes
Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers:
  • Leading and developing a team of testers
Architect enterprise-level automation solutions:
  • Designing and implementing automation frameworks using WebdriverIO, TypeScript, Cucumber, Jenkins, GitLab, npm
Standardize automation frameworks:
  • Maximizing reusability and efficiency through standardized automation frameworks
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, and DevOps:
  • Ensuring quality is embedded at every stage of the software development lifecycle
Drive CI/CD integration:
  • Implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins
Lead QA planning, execution, and reporting:
  • Using Zephyr integrated with JIRA for test planning, execution, and defect tracking
Oversee test execution:
  • Managing multienvironment setups including Dev, Staging, Pre-production, Canada, Mexico, and mobile platforms
Establish test governance, defect triage processes, and release sign-off procedures:

Required Skills & Experience

  1. 10+ years of QA experience:
  • 6+ years in automation testing, 3+ years in team leadership/management
Deep expertise in:
  • WebdriverIO, TypeScript, Cucumber, Jenkins, npm, GitLab CI/CD
Proven experience in setting up and scaling QA automation frameworks:
  • Enterprise applications
Strong background in SAP E-commerce back office testing:
  • E-commerce
Proficiency with test management tools and defect tracking:
  • Zephyr, JIRA
Experience with Kibana logs analysis and production issue triaging:
  • Kibana
Strong exposure to multienvironment, cross-region, and mobile platform testing:
  • Geographies
In-depth understanding of Scrum/Agile delivery models and test governance:
  • Scrum/Agile
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills:
  • Leadership
Ability to create and present QA metrics, dashboards, and quality KPIs for leadership review:
