Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for manual functional testing of web and mobile applications, executing and maintaining test cases, and collaborating with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual functional testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure software integrity.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including test cases and scenarios based on project requirements.
  • Validate bug fixes, track issues in the bug tracking system, and verify that they are resolved.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable and up-to-date.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Defect Detection Rate: Achieve a detection rate of ≥ 95% of critical issues before release.
  • Defect Leakage: Maintain a defect leakage rate of ≤ 5% of high-severity issues reported post-release.
  • Test Coverage: Ensure ≥ 90% of functional requirements are validated per sprint.
  • Bug Closure Rate: Achieve a bug closure rate of ≥ 90% of reported bugs resolved within committed sprint.

Requirements:

We require an experienced professional with:

  • 2–4 years of experience in manual QA testing for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools and version control systems.
  • Ability to write clear and structured test cases and technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience testing AMS, LMS, e-commerce, or membership platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with API testing tools and exposure to WordPress, React/Next.js-based platforms are also valuable assets.
