Senior Planning and Budgeting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning and Budgeting Professional to lead our project team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and Hyperion Planning.

  • 10+ years of experience in planning and budgeting implementation, with a focus on PBCS and Hyperion Planning.
  • 6+ successful end-to-end implementations in PBCS and Hyperion Planning.
  • Proven ability to lead solution builds and guide project teams.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of PBCS and Hyperion Planning, including application creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation, business rules, integration, workflow, and security configuration.
  • Functional understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Strong understanding of integration capabilities between PBCS/EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
  • Confident and assertive, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost Management, and Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be an added advantage.
