Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Deployment Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless deployment and onboarding of our software solutions for clients in the food and beverage industry.

As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and configure our software accordingly. You will also lead onboarding and deployment activities at client sites, including hardware setup and training sessions for restaurant staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our software products and services\
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in your region, building trust-based relationships\
  • Configure software accounts according to client business requirements\
  • Lead onboarding and deployment activities at client sites\
  • Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff\
  • Provide remote and on-site support, ensuring high availability for clients\
  • Escalate critical issues promptly while coordinating with internal teams for resolution\
  • Delight clients and turn them into brand ambassadors for our company\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • \
  • 0-2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains\
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting (POS systems, printers, networks)\
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.)\
  • Ability to train and educate end users across different roles\
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure\
  • Highly available and willing to travel locally within the assigned metro city for client visits\
  • Passion for technology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences\
