This senior role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence within our cards customer success vertical. As a key player, you will be responsible for driving project management, data analysis, and KPI improvement initiatives to propel business growth.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and banks, fostering smooth operations processes, compliance, and continuous performance enhancement.

We are seeking an expert with 12+ years of experience in customer success, preferably with a graduation degree in BE/B.Tech or equivalent full-time degrees. Your expertise should encompass technical skills, data analysis, and excellent communication abilities.

A successful candidate will excel in:

  • Operational Excellence: Monitor and address day-to-day operational issues between internal teams and banks.
  • Compliance & Dispute Management: Ensure accurate and timely compliance follow-ups, including dispute resolution, penalty processing, and fee calculations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct advanced data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and performance gaps.
