Purpose of the Role:

This position involves leading data management initiatives to ensure seamless performance and accurate reporting across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, validate, and maintain data related to utilization, budget vs. actuals, capacity planning, and forecasting.
  • Maintain consistency and alignment across internal systems.
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve them through collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests from leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Resource Management or similar operations/data-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in a professional services, consulting, or operations environment is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning or scheduling tools is a plus.
