Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including GL entries, bank reconciliations, vendor/customer ledgers, accounts payable & receivable, billing, and reconciliations.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations">
- Ensure timely monthly closures (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)">
- Manage statutory compliance – GST, TDS, PT, PF/ESIC filings">
- Support audits with schedules and documentation">
- Generate MIS reports and provide insights on expenses, collections, and cash flow">
- Implement internal controls and process improvements">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting">
- 5–7 years' accounting experience with strong GST/TDS knowledge">
- Experience with Zoho Books (preferred) or similar systems">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel">
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently">
