Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced accounting professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team.

You'll be part of our accounting department's support team, ensuring correctness and effectiveness of financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using various accounting software.
  • Meet deadlines handling multiple accounting tasks for management.
  • Perform reporting duties, including balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare and upload journal entries accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank statements, researching and recording cash items.
  • Leverage strong Excel skills for data analysis and report preparation.
  • Prepare comprehensive management reports, such as budgets and fixed assets.
  • Reconcile intercompany balances for accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare month-end closing reconciliation files for timely financial reporting.
  • Handle monthly billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyse open items, collaborating with departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, demonstrating practical skills.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software like QuickBooks, Yardi, Xero, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in offshore accounting environments is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, managing complex financial transactions.
