Experienced Finance Business Partner Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary business partner for finance operations across APAC and EMEA.
As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for bridging finance and IT functions by owning configuration, support, and continuous improvement of core finance and manufacturing modules while ensuring clean, compliant data flows into data warehouses and business intelligence systems.
You will drive process excellence, faster close cycles, and insight-ready financial reporting for regional stakeholders. Additionally, you will chair steering sessions to evaluate change requests and approve project investments.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the single point of contact between finance leaders, plant controllers, and the technical team.
- B.Build and maintain trusted relationships across APAC and Europe to facilitate alignment on priorities, scope, and roadmap.
- Chair steering sessions to evaluate change requests and approve project investments.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. CPA or equivalent is a plus.
- 8+ years supporting finance systems with 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or consultant with hands-on D365 F&O finance module expertise.
