Key Responsibilities

  • Drive platform engineering roadmaps across multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Own timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment through transparent communication and coordination.
  • Apply data-driven decision making, grounding strategies in metrics and facts for aligned business outcomes.
  • Identify dependencies and risks early, proactively mitigating them before they become critical issues.
  • Coordinate complex program execution, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality results.

Required Skills

  • 8-10 years of experience in TPM roles, preferably in enterprise SaaS/Cloud architecture environments.
  • Strong ability to drive large-scale platform engineering initiatives involving cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Past experience in establishing and driving engineering productivity metrics and transformation efforts.
  • Deep technical foundation in system design, distributed systems, API design, performance, scalability, security, and related areas.
