Job Role:

Learning Program Director

As a Learning Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of custom learning solutions from initiation through delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time with outstanding quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with client objectives
  • Oversee full project lifecycle from inception to completion
  • Ensure high-quality output while meeting expectations in terms of cost and schedule
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including subject matter experts, instructional designers, and media specialists
  • Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery
  • Drive innovation across cost, quality, and productivity levers
  • Proactively manage project risks, resource planning, and conflict resolution
  • Provide clear and structured feedback to team members and stakeholders
  • Manage project reporting, including billing and MIS documentation
  • Engage and oversee third-party vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality results
  • Optimize resource utilization across tools, bandwidth, and partnerships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in the eLearning industry delivering high-impact learning solutions
  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in the learning and development space
  • Proven track record leading project teams of 15+ across the full delivery lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership decision-making and team coordination abilities
