About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our learning and development initiatives. As Director of Learning and Development, you will design and implement innovative strategies that support our organizational goals and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable programs for leadership development, employee engagement, and talent retention.
  • Lead the creation and facilitation of high-impact training programs, including communication enhancement, behavioral skills, and analytical skills.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through tailored leadership training programs and frameworks.
  • Partner with senior leaders and department heads to identify learning needs and create customized training roadmaps.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between training initiatives and business objectives.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches, including participant feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
  • Mentor team members on advanced facilitation techniques and instructional design methodologies.
