About the Job
The role of an E-Discovery Services Project Manager at Epiq involves overseeing multiple projects to deliver exceptional client service. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless project execution from planning to closure, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Lead internal project workflow discussions and host client kick-off calls to set clear expectations.
- Obtain, examine, and prepare client data for intake, while delivering high-quality media reports and coordinating FTP access setup.
- Coordinate data ingestion, submit work requests, and deliver reports to clients in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with peer teams and clients on search term analysis, data promotion, and review platform management.
- Handle review platform-specific tasks, including user requests, database management, and report creation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to delivered or hosted data.
- Validate client invoices and maintain consistent project documentation.
- Provide exceptional client service by ensuring continuity between shifts and collaborating on process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a corporate industry.
- 6+ years (PM level) or 4+ years (APM level) of consulting, litigation support experience in an eDiscovery service provider/law firm or corporate legal departments.
- Working knowledge of Media Collections, Processing, Hosting, Review Support, and Productions.
- Hands-on experience with Relativity and other document review and processing platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to multiple audiences.
- Able to work flexible hours, including night shifts in India (6 PM to 3 AM IST or 8 PM to 5 AM IST).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- RCA or similar review platform certification is preferred.
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask under deadlines.
- Knowledge of the Information Governance Reference Model (IGRM) and eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM)
- Skilled at building positive relationships with clients, especially at the executive level
Estimated Salary Range:$90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience
