As a seasoned Learning and Development professional, you will design, plan, and deliver impactful training initiatives across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business units to develop learning programs that meet organizational needs.
  • Curriculum Design: Create engaging learning content, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and virtual classroom sessions.
  • Talent Development: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and implement tailored learning solutions to enhance employee skills.
  • Program Management: Facilitate the delivery of learning interventions, evaluate their impact, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to develop talent development solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Support performance management and competency management initiatives by designing and delivering relevant training programs.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful learning programs.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks, with expertise in talent development strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, coaching, and consulting skills, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
