About this role: We are looking for a seasoned EHS professional to join our team as an SAP Consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing SAP solutions, with a focus on ensuring compliance and sustainability.

Job Title: SAP EHS Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Engineering: Translate business needs into functional requirements specifications, working closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in current business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement change and optimize results.
  • Solution Design: Develop and implement end-to-end solutions that meet client needs, leveraging expertise in SAP software and industry best practices.
  • User Training: Create and deliver user training programs, ensuring clients understand new systems and can effectively utilize them.
  • Business Alignment: Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders, identifying and addressing their needs through collaborative communication.
  • Quality Assurance: Validate test plans and sign off acceptance of the product, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Escalate issues promptly, driving timely resolution and minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Operational Support: Provide seamless operational support, delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Best Practice Adoption: Drive business process harmonization using industry best practices, optimizing performance and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP EHS functional consulting.
  • Participation in 3+ SAP EHS implementations.
  • Expertise in risk assessments, EHS audits, product safety, and dangerous goods.
