Job Position: Senior Environmental Health and Safety Professional

Join our team as a Senior Environmental Health and Safety Professional to play a key role in the implementation and support of SAP projects based on S/4HANA.

This position will be part of our S4 COE team, focusing on the development and maintenance of SAP EHS solutions. As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent collaboration skills, working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience in configuring sub-modules such as Specification Management, Global Label Management, Dangerous Goods Management within SAP EHS.
  • Hands-on expertise in Product Safety sub-module configuration, including Report Shipping functionalities and customizations.
  • Proficient in Substance Volume Tracking configuration and its impact on other modules, along with related customizations.
  • Experienced in dealing with EHS data interfaces, regulatory data updates, SDS indexing, DG Master data, and more.
  • Vision for implementing SAP Product Compliance and migrating from classic EHS.
  • Conduct requirements/design workshops to understand standard OOTB vs. gaps/custom requirements.
  • In-depth familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology for running transformation programs.
  • Work with developers to develop custom objects, coordinate testing with business, and maintain high-quality communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications:

At least 16 years of overall experience, with 12+ years in SAP EHS Consulting and Implementation Experience with at least one E2E full life cycle implementation in SAP S/4 HANA.

Solid experience in Environmental Health and Safety large and complex business environments, with at least one implementation in S/4 HANA.

Very good knowledge on business processes associated with SAP Environmental Health and Safety team for Aerospace and Defense industry.

Experience of S/4 HANA and awareness of S/4HANA road-map, differences between various releases, and new innovations brought in each release.

Sound knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety with external systems.
