About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our team. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Post accounting entries, maintain proper books of accounts, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Cash Management: Manage petty cash entries, bank reconciliations, and ensure adequate cash flow.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file GST/TDS returns, and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Travel and Expense Management: Handle travel and hotel bookings, ensure payments within budget, and manage employee reimbursements.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain stock of office supplies, pantry items, and HR joining kits, and ensure timely payment to vendors.
Qualifications

A degree in accounting or commerce is required. Relevant experience in financial accounting and strong analytical skills are essential.
