Job Opportunity: Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing Executive
About the RoleWe are seeking an ambitious and skilled professional to support our commercial real estate sales and leasing operations.
This role offers a chance to work with experienced senior leadership, develop market knowledge, and grow into a managerial position.
- Support the implementation of sales and leasing strategies
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new clients
- Coordinate lease agreements and sales discussions
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales and leasing strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and prospect new clients through effective networking and market research
- Collaborate with property owners, tenants, and investors to negotiate lease agreements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and lease/sale processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
