Research Manager Role

About this position: We are seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to lead research initiatives that drive market insights and client strategies.

This role requires a deep understanding of commercial real estate dynamics, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality reports and insights that shape business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to provide commercial real estate market, business location, construction, and transaction intelligence.
  • Develop detailed long-form and short-form research reports to establish thought leadership and support client requirements.
  • Analyze real estate market trends, talent, city infrastructure to support client-specific assignments.
  • Author research-led articles and blogs to establish our company as a thought leader.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate research findings into strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a structured research knowledge base for internal and client use.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in research, market analysis, real estate research, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports, articles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate markets in India or setting up Global Capability Centers is desirable.
  • Agile and flexible approach to role responsibilities. Startup mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Self-starter, confident, collaborative with ability to multi-task and work in a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
