About our Staff Augmentation Expertise

We are seeking a Staff Augmentation / Deployment Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments, consistently meets client expectations, and demonstrates success in scaling deployments across geographies. This role requires expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to deliver accurate and timely staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to develop strategic workforce plans that meet their business objectives.
  • Manage the full consultant lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, engagement, extension, roll-off, and redeployment to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with contracts, documentation, and local labor laws across multiple geographies.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor networks to achieve high fill rates and reduced time-to-fill cycles.
  • Analyze and track performance metrics such as time-to-fill improvements, utilization rates, redeployment success rates, and retention levels.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable deployment outcomes across regions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in managing diverse cultures and time zones.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor development expertise.
  • Ability to deliver speed, quality, and compliance simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with MSP/VMS platforms is an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in staff augmentation / workforce deployment with exposure to APAC, US, and EMEA markets.
  • Prior experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing firms is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/HR specialization is an advantage.
