Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling/Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our workforce management team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing staff schedules that align with forecasted workloads to ensure maximum efficiency.

Our ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You should have experience working in a contact center environment and be proficient in data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and efficient staff schedules.
  • Collaborate with workforce management teams to review forecasts and adjust schedules proactively.
  • Effectively manage schedule changes, shift swaps, and time-off requests.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on scheduling queries, conflicts, and adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and employee contracts.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes to drive greater efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience working as a Planning Analyst or in a workforce scheduling/forecasting role within a contact center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting processes in a contact center setting.
  • Hands-on experience with workforce management tools such as Aspect, Alvaria, JEX, NICE, Verint, or Calabrio.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of contact center operations and performance metrics (e.g., Service Level, Occupancy, ASA).
