
Human Resource Leadership Position

The Role
We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Human Resources Strategist to lead our HR function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team, set clear KPIs, balance workloads, and drive accountability.
- Global Mobility: Oversee global mobility and travel operations, including visas, deputations, travel policy compliance, and budget control.
- HR Governance: Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding).
- Culture Building: Champion employee experience through office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
- Strategy Implementation: Design and implement culture-building strategies through targeted initiatives, workshops, and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce attrition.
- Total Rewards: Design and approve total-rewards frameworks: salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and ESOP communications.
- Learning & Development: Prioritize and review Learning & Development: curriculum design, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
- Employer Branding: Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on social media and campus outreach.
- Talent Acquisition: Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance: sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, HRIS data integrity, and HR-tech optimizations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Post-Graduation / Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
- Professional Experience: Around 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and engage effectively at all organizational levels to drive results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
