Data Analyst Role

The data analyst role involves working closely with the HR team to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Maintaining and updating HR databases with employee details, attendance, payroll inputs, etc.
  • Preparing regular HR MIS reports for management review.
  • Conducting data analysis to identify trends in attrition, attendance, recruitment, training, and other HR functions.
  • Generating dashboards and analytics for management insight.
  • Collaborating with the HR team for employee-related data requirements.
  • Providing support in HR audits, compliance, and statutory obligations.
  • Improving efficiency by automating HR reporting processes.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in MS Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, and Dashboards. They should demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and integrity when handling confidential information.
