**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to create comprehensive MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards, pivot tables, macros, and formulas for data analysis and visualization.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel VBA and other tools to improve efficiency.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and deliver customized reports.
- Present insights and recommendations based on data analysis to management.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
- Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requirements as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros, and VBA scripting.
- Familiarity with database management and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present data clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
