Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for strategic roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards.
HR Operations
  • Maintain HR records and support compliance-related tasks.
Campus Engagement & Employer Branding
  • Support planning and execution of campus hiring drives and branding initiatives across Tier 1 B-schools and engineering institutes.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for campus outreach.
MIS
  • Assist in reporting and dashboarding using tools like Excel and Power BI, transforming raw data into actionable insights for HR initiatives.
  • Support in preparing presentations for leadership reviews, and internal HR projects.
  • Work on data analysis and interpretation, contributing to decision-making across talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas) and familiarity with Power BI for visual storytelling and HR metrics tracking.
Requirements
  • Education: MBA/BBA/B.Com.
  • Work Environment: Willingness to work in a global working model.
  • Candidate required to commit minimum 6 months for full-time internship.
