
Operations Manager – Customer Experience Specialist

As a Sr. Specialist in Customer Service Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring a premium customer service experience across various channels. You will manage BPO/vendor operations, drive KPI performance, and support efficiency, quality, and membership-first initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Contact Vendor Management within Retail, Digital, or eCom
- Expert knowledge in Consumer Service operations
- Strong project management & reporting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
A strong understanding of budget management, process optimization, and continuous improvement is essential. Proficiency in Excel and reporting dashboards is also required. Additionally, excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills are necessary to succeed in this role.Others:
