Job Title: Senior Document Reviewer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Document Reviewer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring that all incoming and outgoing documents meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Review: Ensure that documents (contracts, agreements, reports, etc.) are accurate, complete, and comply with relevant standards and legal requirements.
  • Quality Control: Assess documents for completeness, consistency, clarity, and correctness, identifying discrepancies, errors, and missing information.
  • Compliance Assurance: Verify that documents adhere to procedural and regulatory requirements and industry standards. Escalate any non-compliance issues.

In addition to document review, the candidate will handle account opening/setup, maintenance, purchase transaction processing, redemption transaction processing, and ensure that all account details are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in document review or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
