Job Title: Associate Finance & Accounts

We are seeking a skilled Associate Finance & Accounts professional to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
  • Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations.
  • Prepare and file GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns.
  • Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
  • Assist in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, budget vs actuals, and cash flow analysis.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoho Books is a plus.
  • Detailed-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day accounting tasks with accuracy and ownership.
