Key Accountant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with expertise in US Financial Accounting and General Ledger to fill this critical position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete US Financial Accounting and General Ledger close process, submission of Compliance Reports and Ratio Analysis, preparation of monthly financial statements, and implementation of effective internal controls.

  • Responsible for preparing and submitting reports on financial performance and compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Analyzing financial statements and providing actionable insights to management.
  • Ensuring operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for relevant entities.
  • Reconciling bank accounts and assigned general ledger accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities
  1. Preparation of Annual Accounts and Finalization of Accounts of Group Companies and the Consolidated Accounts for the Company in accordance with US GAAP standards.
  2. Monthly consolidation of group companies.
  3. Assisting in the preparation of year-end books for audit purposes and liaising with auditors for interim and final audits.
  4. Implementing suitable internal control systems within the department.
  5. Providing information to senior management on a monthly and as-needed basis.
  6. Preparing and maintaining detailed cash flow analyses as required.
  7. Analysis of monthly financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows.

The successful candidate will possess:

Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of experience preferably from a Big 4 firm.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
  • Work experience in Staffing & IT software companies is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional client service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively internally and externally.
