Financial Accounting Professional

About Us:

We are a professional services organization specializing in financial accounting and management.

Responsibilities

We seek a highly skilled and dedicated Financial Accounting Professional to manage our client's financial accounting projects, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and vendor bill preparation.

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of recording transactions.
  • Conduct regular account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Handle vendor bill preparation and payment processing to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Post monthly and one-time expenses.
  • Prepare and submit invoices for approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial reports and records.
  • Conduct regular audits to resolve discrepancies.

Migration Projects:

We also require the candidate to plan and execute data migration projects from various accounting software to Zoho Books.

  • Develop customized migration strategies tailored to each client's business operations.
  • Ensure zero downtime and seamless business operations during live migration processes.
  • Guarantee secure and thorough transfer of financial data.
  • Perform detailed reconciliation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • IPCC Cleared with articleship experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting field.
  • Proficiency in using online accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, FreshBooks, Xero, and Zoho Books.
  • Strong understanding of Zoho Books is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including IF formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
