Role Summary:

  • Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing assigned coworking spaces and achieving monthly sales targets through strategic client visits, negotiations, and seat closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To drive business growth by establishing strong relationships with existing channel partners and identifying new opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of CRM systems to maintain data accuracy and precision tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to address client issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales support to retain existing customers and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Continuously identify new sales funnels and opportunities to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as hospitality or real estate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with English being the primary language of communication.
  • Experience in Corporate Sales and customer account management is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and its applications in data analysis is required.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Prior experience in the commercial Real Estate Industry would be advantageous.

The successful candidate should possess strong relationship-building skills, enabling them to connect effectively with young startups, SMEs, and corporates.
