Key Client Services Professional Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Key Client Services professional with agency sales and account management expertise to drive business growth through effective client relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Client Partnerships: Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with key clients by providing exceptional service, ensuring timely issue resolution, and delivering results-driven marketing strategies.
- Campaign Development: Develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans that align with client objectives, utilizing in-depth market knowledge and creative vision to drive success.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, and operations) to deliver high-quality campaigns on time, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, supporting new business development through pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.
- Financial Management: Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account profitability, maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
- Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital/advertising innovations to provide strategic recommendations and insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in client services/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
- Proven agency sales/business development expertise.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning.
- Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
