Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Client Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in account management or client servicing.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage large accounts and complex campaign timelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.
  • Solutions-first mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
