As a seasoned digital advertising strategist, you will lead the development and execution of paid advertising strategies across prominent platforms. Your primary objective is to drive profitable growth and enhance return on ad spend (ROAS) through informed decision-making.

About the Role:

This role requires an analytical thinker who can examine performance data, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize campaigns. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop tailored solutions that yield tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Strategize, build, and refine paid ad campaigns on leading platforms
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance and make informed decisions to improve ROAS, cost per acquisition (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV)
  • Client Reporting: Own weekly client reporting and strategic reviews
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated results
  • Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Requirements:
  • 6–9 years in a performance marketing role at an agency focused on e-commerce
  • Must have experience in B2C companies with excellent communication skills as it requires a lot of interaction with US clients.
  • Proven track record of managing at least $5K+ monthly ad spend per client
  • Ability to think beyond click-through rate (CTR)—deep understanding of ROAS, margins, funnel bottlenecks
  • Proficiency with Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools
  • Strong hands-on skills with AI tools for ad copy, audience research, or automation

  • Scaling accounts from $5K/month to $20K/month profitably
  • Reducing CAC without hurting conversions
  • Driving campaign insights that change a brand's trajectory
