We are a dynamic brand seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to create high-impact digital ad campaigns.

About Us

We are a fast-growing digital-first brand looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-converting static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

  • Conceptualize and design high-performing static ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Develop product packaging design that aligns with our brand's identity and appeals to target audiences.
  • Support the development of brand identity elements including logos, brand guidelines, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling designs across digital and print formats.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging/branding work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how creative impacts them.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
