About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer who can create impactful and innovative designs across multiple formats, including product packaging (box designs), marketing creatives, digital assets, and video content. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design with additional experience in 2D/3D video editing and animation being a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities


• Conceptualize and design high-quality creatives for digital and print media.


• Develop product packaging and box designs aligned with brand guidelines.


• Create engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and social media.


• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.


• Edit videos and create 2D/3D animations (added advantage).


• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual assets.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work, packaging, and video projects.


• Expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.


• Ability to understand briefs and convert them into eye-catching designs.


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Technical Skill Set & Software Knowledge

The candidate must be proficient in the following software/tools:


• Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW (optional but preferred)


• Packaging & Print: Adobe InDesign, ArtiosCAD (preferred for box/packaging)


• Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro


• 3D Design (Advantage): Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, or equivalent


• Other Tools: Canva, Figma (for quick mockups and collaboration)

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or a related field.


• 4–5 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer (packaging + creatives).


• Prior experience in a product-based or marketing-driven company preferred.
