Job Summary

This position is responsible for driving the commercial success of a retail store and leading a high-performing team.

  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Lead by example, focusing on customer satisfaction while developing and managing a skilled team.
  • Schedule staff to ensure optimal customer service and sales execution.
  • Maintain a safe and productive shopping environment, adhering to security policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and develop retail team members, ensuring adherence to HR best practices.
  • Create a high-performance culture through clear expectations, performance analysis, and prompt feedback.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 18 months of work experience in retail with 12 months of management responsibility.
  • Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills, as well as advanced verbal communication skills.
