In this role, you will contribute to delivering operational excellence in a dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include interacting with external and internal clients on a daily basis to resolve issues, analyze process gaps, and identify opportunities for automation.

  • Support the development of operational management activities and bring rigor and discipline to related tasks
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support a range of operational and reporting activities at various levels
  • Communicate key business activities through various channels
  • Drive operational optimization by identifying opportunities and managing issue resolution
  • Contribute to business growth initiatives, focusing on operational excellence and automation
  • Provide first-level user support according to established KPIs
  • Streamline processes and collaborate with stakeholders for timely and quality delivery
  • Analyze process inefficiencies and outline practical solutions
  • Promote business solutions externally and internally

Educational background and professional experience are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience, preferably in the re/insurance industry
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders is highly valued
  • Previous experience in an operations role is beneficial

Technical and Analytical Skills:

  • Sophisticated user of MS Office suite (Excel)
  • Strong organization skills demonstrated through project, team, or committee management
  • Analytical skills regarding technical and financial reinsurance data
  • Ability to present complex situations clearly
