Job Title:

  • This role involves working closely with clients to understand their operational challenges and developing strategic plans to address them.
  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality results while ensuring adherence to our risk management guidelines.
About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in Human Resources (HR) Technology. The successful candidate will have experience in implementing HR solutions, analyzing HR data, and providing insights to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  1. Business Development:
  • Maintain market knowledge and identify opportunities for business development within the HR Technology space.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
Business Delivery:
  • Oversee the delivery of HR Technology projects from initiation to completion.
  • Evaluate project success and develop action plans to address any challenges or areas for improvement.
Thought Leadership:
  • Collaborate with our research team to develop thought leadership pieces on HR Technology trends and best practices.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Team Management:
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver HR Technology projects and support their growth and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR Technology consulting or implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR software systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Certification in HR Technology or related field.
  • Experience working with cloud-based HR platforms.
