Job OpportunityBusiness Process Management Role

This role supports the design and implementation of Business Process Management initiatives. The specialist will collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze and document processes on shared platforms, including as-is and to-be processes.

The position requires strong collaboration and integration with GPO & FAO organizations and other ongoing transformation programs across the organization. This new role also covers the responsibility of coordinating process governance among key stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or post-graduation in Economics/Finance/Management/Business Engineering or similar field
  • Certification around business process modeling, process improvement, or operational excellence is an advantage
  • 5+ years of track record in process mapping and/or IS development, with experience in knowledge management and/or process governance/business process management-related work and/or customer journey mapping
  • Knowledge and experience working in SAP Signavio platform, understanding of financial accounting, value flows, and nuances of related processes
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business process owners, IT teams, and external vendors, to deliver business-aligned technology solutions
  • Innovative thinking, ability to see the big picture from all details, strong communication, project management skills
  • Passion for process standardization, continuous improvement, and sharing knowledge, with an understanding of process quality
