Job Description

We are seeking a Process Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Process Specialist will be responsible for performing moderately complex activities related to intercompany COE, including processing journal entries, rule-based variance reconciliation and resolution, fundamental analysis on Mark to Market related entries and its impacts, completing monthly and quarterly general ledger close activities, balance sheet reconciliation in Blackline, and processing of timely Audit requests.

In addition, the Process Specialist will identify process gaps in distribution of invoice flow between trading partners, ensure respective teams are responsible and accountable for timely punching of incoming invoices in ERP systems, process Payment on Time (POT) towards overdue invoices and apply payments upon receipt of cash, perform aging analysis and communicate with stakeholders for necessary actions on aged items clearance.

The Process Specialist will also update and maintain standard operating procedures and processes on a timely basis, monitor operational compliance with financial transaction recording standards, including company accounting policies, statutory reporting regulations and tax regulations.

Maintaining positive relationships with customers, clients and other business partners is also an essential aspect of this role, requiring direct communication with business contacts or customers to deliver accurate processes.

Finally, the Process Specialist will apply general knowledge of operational practices, procedures and internal controls to identify improvement opportunities in execution to drive operational excellence and data integrity to enable analysis and insight.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified CA CMA with 5+ years post qualification or Graduation with relevant RTR experience of 8+ years of experience
  • Experience in SAP is mandatory
  • Blackline, One stream reporting tool, JDE will be preferred
  • Advanced data analytical skills for using spreadsheets or business intelligence tools.
  • Experienced leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making.
  • Experienced working with multiple businesses or international business experience.
