Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for interfacing with clients to ensure quality assurance, issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture, and ensure high levels of service offerings.
  • Your role will also involve participating in project estimation, providing inputs for solution delivery, conducting technical risk planning, performing code reviews, and unit test plan reviews.
  • You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Domain Experience: Payer core – claims/Membership/provider mgmt., Provider clinical/RCM, Pharmacy benefit management
  • Agile/Safe-Agile Business Analysis Experience
  • Medicaid, Medicaid Experienced Business Analysts
  • FHIR, HL7 Data Analyst and Interoperability Consulting
  • Healthcare Digital Transformation Consultants with Cloud Data Solutions Design, Data Analysis/Analytics, RPA Solution Design
