Job Title: Newborn Healthcare Growth Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking a driven individual to play a vital role in expanding our reach in India and internationally. As a Newborn Healthcare Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers in the newborn healthcare space, including doctors, government officials, donors, and public health organizations.

  • Grow Our Network: You will proactively identify and build relationships with potential partners in India and abroad, including hospitals, public health agencies, UNICEF, WHO, government ministries, and relevant NGOs.
  • Champion Our Innovations: Be the face of our company, presenting our newborn medical devices to doctors, public health officials, and government agencies.
  • Become a Newborn Care Expert: Gain a strong understanding of newborn care challenges and existing programs to effectively discuss our solutions with potential customers.
  • Craft Winning Proposals: Develop compelling proposals tailored to secure donations, public health contracts, and government grants for our newborn medical devices.
  • Drive Results: Utilize Zoho CRM to manage leads, track deals, and measure progress towards achieving business development goals.
  • Become a Marketing Mastermind: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and raise awareness about our products.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present, write clear and concise emails, and connect with a diverse range of stakeholders. A passion for learning, eager to gain a strong understanding of newborn clinical conditions, public health initiatives, and the regulatory landscape in your target markets. A people person, you thrive in building relationships and possess a collaborative spirit. Positive and results-oriented, you bring a can-do attitude and a drive to make a real impact in newborn healthcare.
