Job Overview:

As a business development specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our partnerships with independent doctors, clinics, and small hospitals across Bengaluru. Your primary objective is to educate clients on the benefits of our platform, increase patient footfall through online visibility and referral networks, and facilitate access to discounted consultations and cashback programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with local healthcare providers
  • Explain the advantages of our platform
  • Increase online presence and referrals
  • Join our discounted consultation and cashback program
  • Access easy referrals for labs and home-delivered medicines
  • Collect client information, licenses, clinic timings, and consultation fees
  • Help list them on our platform
  • Ensure first appointment or referral completion (for payout)
  • Onboard diagnostic labs and medicine stores near onboarded clients
  • Explain platform benefits
  • Partner with listed clients for patient referrals
  • Enable discounted tests and medicine billing
  • Utilize our free Pharmacy Management System if applicable

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
