Job Overview

Clinikk is on a mission to solve the healthcare and health insurance challenges of 600 million Indians. The goal is to provide affordable, all-inclusive health memberships that combine exclusive healthcare benefits with group health insurance.

We have created modern primary care clinics called Health Hubs across Bengaluru. Our members get unlimited access to family medicine doctors, free medicine and tests, specialist reimbursements, and group insurance for hospitalization.

Our team includes seasoned healthcare professionals, technologists, and experts from top institutions like IIT, Stanford, Bangalore Medical College, BITS, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design user-friendly interfaces that support doctors in delivering personalized care and improve the usability of health insurance products.
  • Apply strategic thinking and design systems to define intuitive user experiences that align with our mission.
  • Balance user needs, clinical protocols, and business goals when designing for multiple platforms.
  • Use research to understand doctor and patient workflows; synthesize insights into user journeys and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, physicians, engineers, data scientists, and insurance specialists to validate hypotheses and ensure successful execution.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in product/interaction design with at least part of that in consumer or enterprise tech.
  • Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple interfaces.
  • Strong curiosity about emerging technologies and how they can transform healthcare.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
